The Parent Project 

The Parent Project is a 10-week course designed to assist parents who are having difficulties with their children. Areas the program aims to address include:

  • Communication
  • Drug Use
  • Runaway
  • Suicidal Threats
  • Disobedience
  • Fighting
  • Alcohol Use
  • Gang Activity
  • Criminal Behavior
  • Family Conflict
  • Poor School Attendance
  • Bullying
Classes will be held on Wednesday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Food will be provided.

*Please DO NOT bring children to the classes.

To register for the program, please complete and submit the online application here. Upon acceptance into the program, a representative with FPD will be in contact and provide a class schedule.

Classes are limited to 20 parents. When classes reach capacity, applicants will be placed on a wait list.
